Good morning, fellow Directors, members, sponsors, and friends.

It is my great pleasure to welcome everyone to our CREPA Annual General Meeting.

Looking back on the past year, I am very proud of what we have accomplished together. CREPA is more than a professional association — we are a family and a community that cares.

Throughout the year, we continued to give back to our community by supporting UGM, RCCS, the Second Mile Society, and the Vancouver Chinatown Lions Club Senior Luncheon. We also participated in the Christmas Shoe Box program and provided support to the victims of the Wang Fuk Court tragedy in Tai Po, Hong Kong.

We also remembered our own members by providing scholarships to members' children and offering education seminars and professional development opportunities.

We know the real estate market has been challenging. Many of our members have experienced a slower market and difficult business conditions.

But I want to remind everyone: every market has its cycle, and difficult times will pass.

Let us stay positive, continue learning, support one another, and most importantly, continue serving our clients with professionalism and integrity. When we stand together, we are stronger.

I want to sincerely thank all our Directors and executive members. Your time, dedication, and willingness to serve CREPA have made all of these programs possible. I truly appreciate not only your hard work, but also the heart you have put into this association.

And to all our sponsors, especially those who supported our Annual Gala Event, I extend my heartfelt gratitude. Your generosity and confidence in CREPA mean so much to us.

As we move forward, let us continue to make CREPA stronger, more united, and more caring — supporting our members, giving back to our community, and building a better future together.
