(A) Types
There are three types of membership in the Association, namely:
- Life Member
- Associate Member
- Affiliate Member
(B) Qualification
- Member
Must hold a real estate license in good standing under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia. He or she shall be of the Chinese origin and approved by the Board.
- Associate Member
For Realtors of other Origin. He or she must hold a real estate license in good standing under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia.
- Affiliate Member
A real estate related professional recommended by a regular member and approved by the Board.
(C) Fees
- Life Member: $100 Full Member (Lifetime)
- Associate Member: $100 For Realtors of Other Origin (Lifetime)
- Affiliate Member: $100 For Those Persons of Real Estate Related (for 4 years)
