The Chinese Real Estate Professionals Association of BC (CREPA) aims to advance the interests of licensed Chinese real estate practitioners and other real estate related professionals. Since its inception in 1997, the membership has grown steadily. Under the governance of the current Board, ten committees work hard to further the gaols of CREPA.

Our Goals:

1. To promote professionalism and ethics amongst the licensed Chinese real estate practitioners;
2. To enable positive and constructive cooperation / partnership among Chinese real estate practitioners;
3. To strengthen unity and mutual support between CREPA members; and
4. To support activities in building vibrant and prosperous communities.
